Please note: If there is no one available to receive the parcel the courier will leave a card with pick up information. The parcel can then be picked up at the local courier depot during their normal opening hours.
Returns
Our returns policy is not intended to override or limit your statutory rights in any way.
Returning a Posted Item
For returns, contact our online at helpdesk@kaiserbaas.com to log your return and receive our Return Authorisation number. Then, just post the item by return mail along with your proof of purchase to our online store team at:

Upon receipt of your return, we will process the warranty claim.
We will not be able to refund you for the products that are purchased from a retailer store. We only process the refund for the products that are purchased through kaiserbaas.com online store.
